Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY (The Menopause Club) 1. Notice Period Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. 2. Late Cancellations If sufficient notice is not given, the Menopause Club may charge the full session fee or count the session as used. 3. Missed Sessions If a client does not attend a booked session without notice, the full fee may still apply. 4. Late Arrival If the client arrives late, the session may still end at the scheduled time. 5. Coach/Masseur Changes If the Coach/Masseur needs to cancel or reschedule, reasonable notice will be given and an alternative session may be offered where possible. 6. General This policy should be read alongside the agreement, terms and conditions, and any related client documents.
